This page explains, in plain language, which personal data the Devoc website collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Devoc is a brand. The party responsible for the website and for processing personal data (the "controller" under the LGPD) is:

2. What data we collect, why and for how long
We collect only what each channel needs. We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) and we ask you not to write it in forms or in the chat.

By ticking the authorization box in the forms you confirm that you have read this policy. We record the date, the time and the policy version you accepted together with your request.
3. Devoquinho assistant and artificial intelligence
Devoquinho is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. You are talking to a machine, which can make mistakes. Its answers are informational and do not replace confirmation by the team.
- What you type and the latest messages of the conversation are sent to AI providers, together with Devoc knowledge, to generate the answer. Today: Groq (USA) and Google, Gemini service (USA).
- Before leaving our server, the text goes through a filter that masks phone numbers, e-mails, CPF and CNPJ numbers. The name, phone and e-mail from request forms are not sent to the AI.
- The Devoc team, with restricted access, may read conversations to improve the service and correct answers.
- We do not make automated decisions that affect your rights: the AI only drafts answers.
- Do not write documents, passwords, bank details or other peoples personal information in the chat.
Notice: today we use the free plan from Google, under which the provider may use the content of conversations to improve its models. So write in the chat only what you are happy to share.
You can delete your conversation at any time with the "Delete my conversation" button inside the chat.
4. Cookies and storage in your browser
We only use what is essential for the website to work. We do not use advertising or audience analytics cookies. If we ever do, we will ask for your consent first.

Some pages load third-party content: YouTube videos (in enhanced privacy mode), Instagram posts, Google fonts and WhatsApp links. When they load or when you click, those services may receive your IP and browser data and follow their own privacy policies.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who are needed for the website and the service to work:
- Hosting and e-mail delivery services.
- The AI providers behind the Devoquinho assistant (Groq and Google), as described above.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to continue the conversation there: from then on the WhatsApp terms apply.
- Public authorities, when required by law or by a court order.
6. Transfers to other countries
The AI providers above operate in the United States, so part of the chat messages is processed outside Brazil. We send only what is necessary and with contact details masked.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data for the period shown in the table above, or longer if the law requires it (for example tax and access records). At the end of the period, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees that at any time you can:
- confirm that we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed without a legal basis;
- request data portability;
- know who we share your data with;
- withdraw consent and object to processing;
- complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
To exercise any right, use the "My data" page or write to [PREENCHER: Data protection officer's email]. We answer within 15 days.
9. Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), login-protected access to the admin panel, data masking in the chat and retention limits. No system is completely secure: if an incident that may put you at risk happens, we will notify you and the ANPD as the law requires.
10. Children and teenagers
The website is aimed at professionals and companies in the diesel sector. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe this happened, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version and date are always at the top of this page. Relevant changes will be announced on the website.
